Exercise your right to erasure under GDPR Article 17

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be immediately and irreversibly deleted.

What will be deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

Your account — email address and login credentials
Baby profiles — names, dates of birth, and notes for all babies
Allergen logs — every introduction record, including dates, amounts, and preparation notes
Reaction records — severity ratings, symptoms, and onset times
Reminders — all scheduled re-introduction reminders

This data cannot be recovered after deletion. If you wish to keep a copy, export your logs as PDF or CSV from the app's Settings screen before proceeding.
